A NIGHT FOR SYRIAN REFUGEES: April 28, 2017: A very big turnout for a wonderful evening of music, art and teach-ins in a renowned St Paul, Minnesota restaurant. Thanks to the many musicians, artists, speakers, organizers and attendees for a memorable breakthrough event raising funds for medical aid to Syrian refugees inside and outside Syria!
DANCE FOR SYRIA: January 19, 2017:
A breakthrough in outreach on Syria to a new community! An absolutely amazing artistic performance that literally made the audience howl with joy and astonishment!
Close to $3,000 was raised for critical medical aid inside Syria and in Syrian refugee camps by SAMS, the Syrian-American Medical Society.
Eleven dance troupes donated their time and performance skills were very diverse and extremely well received. The audience enthusiasm was tremendous. Much appreciation goes to these wonderful artists and to Sachiko Nishuchi, for incredible work organizing the event.
